Six checks before you settle in.

A repeatable review structure makes café guides useful. The live version would pair these checks with your own visit evidence.

01 / Laptop policy

Ask whether laptops are welcome and whether there are time or table restrictions.

02 / Wi-Fi

Record a test at the actual venue, with date and time. A venue test is not a city-wide average.

03 / Power

Note where the sockets are and whether you could realistically reach one.

04 / Seating

Describe the chair, desk height and how comfortable it was for the time you stayed.

05 / Calls

Record the noise level and any rules about calls. Do not assume quiet corners are available.

06 / Cost and verdict

Record the minimum spend or pass price, visit date, what you bought and whether you would return.
