Lead growth performance marketing strategy through execution across paid and performance channels.
Collaborate internally to create landing pages and improve conversion rate.
Work with digital product manager to plan, execute, and measure experiments on conversion tests. Evaluate and propose optimizations based on website structure and performance. 
Research and test partnerships with other players to expand reach, generate leads, and lower cost-per-acquisition.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Implement full funnel tracking and attribution models using existing and new tools, and dashboards.
Work with Digital Product Manager and analytics, heat-mapping and the A/B testing platform, ideate new site features and strategies to improve UX and CRO.

To be successful you will be experienced working in growth or paid media marketing, preferably with a tech company or agency, as well as be highly self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly. You will also bring expertise with attribution models, website tracking (Google Analytics) and conversion optimization as well as proficiency with ecommerce and digital marketing tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc). Experience with affiliate marketing and platforms would be a plus!
