We are looking for a Drupal consultant with previous experience of upgrading PHP versions.Our project is an upgrade from PHP 5.6 to 7.1 for a Drupal 7 install with: 150 contributed modules, 40 custom/feature modules and one single theme.The budget for this will be setup together, and the delivery deadline is April 22nd, 2019.
